TASI –  Trierer Akademie für Sprachvermittlung und Integrationsförderung (Academy of Trier for Language Akquisition and Integrational Support) – is a new foundation which took and developed further the program of the former German language courses of Trier University which have a tradition of 20 years.  In the future we will keep working closely together with the offices of Trier University, which focus on internationality, as well as other institutions like the advisory council of  migration and integration of the city of Trier or other advisory intitutions at the IHK, HWK and others. We want you to feel comfortable and at home in Trier and that you can build your future in this beautiful city and region.

 The manager of TASI and the language courses is Marc Borkam. For more than 25 years he has been engaged in the topic of integration. He has been teaching German for over 15 years, e.g. at the univerities of Trier and Luxemburg as well as other international institutions, and he has been successfully coordinating and managing course programs for 10 years. Within the offers of TASI we use this experience and an excellent team of teachers to work towards the goal of a complete integration professionally and with social competence.

TASI plays a part in the big works of the „colorful German Republic“. We support you to reach your goals in Germany and to live your life here confidently. Language is an important factor for that. In addition, there is also intercultural expertise, time management, responsibility, motivation and other important traits which we will teach you in our classes. Advice plays an essential role in order to find a new beginning in this country. We are looking forward to meeting you!
