The rooms are located in Trier-West

♦ Circa 20 minutes on foot from TASI
♦ 20 minutes on foot from the city center
♦ 10 minutes on foot from the Mosel
♦ 4 minutes on foot from the next bus stop

Shopping facilities
♦ 5 minutes on foot: Lidl, Edeka, dm, pharmacy, Syrian grocery shop, Russian grocery shop
♦ 10 minutes on foot: Kaufland, Aldi

 Conditions

♦ The rooms are rented only to students of TASI!
♦ Renting only to non-smokers (=people that don’t smoke at all)
♦ The contract is made per course round or longer (= 10 weeks or longer)
♦ Security deposit: 650€ (on the day that the contract is made)
♦ 50€ cleaning fee when moving out
♦ No pets allowed
♦ A liability insurance has to be concluded before moving in

 Furniture and appliances

♦ The rooms are fully furnished: bed, bed linen, pillows, blanket, desk, office chair, carpet, wardrobe, shelf, lamp etc.
♦ Kitchen: fridge, stove, cupboards for storage, dishes, cutlery, cups etc.
♦ A washing machine is in the basement
♦ Drying room (to hang up and dry your clothes)

Shared usage

♦ of the kitchen on the ground floor with all tenants of the house
♦ of the living room with all tenants of the house
♦ of the bathroom and the toilet with the other person living on the same floor

 The rent also includes

♦ Heating
♦ Garbage fees
♦ Internet
