Terms and condition in case of withdrawl from the course.

- If you applied for a visa with the letter of application from the TASI :

You can withdraw from the course only if the German embassy rejected your visa application. - Written withdrawal from the course including proof of visa refusal at least 15 days before the course: Full refund of the course fee minus 50 €. - Withdrawl from the course less than 15 days before the beginning of the course: no refund.

- If you do not need a visa : - Written withdrawal from the course at least 15 days before the course: Full refund of the course fee minus 50 €. - Withdrawl from the course less than 15 days before the beginning of the course: no refund.

课程取消的相关条款规定：
 当您已用TASI的入学或付款证明申请了德国签证，只有在出示有效的拒签证明后，您才可以申请退款：
-开课前的至少15天之前，100%的退款，但需要扣除50欧元的手续费
-开课前的15天之内，无退款!
 若您无需申请签证，

Einverständniserklärung zur Datenspeicherung und Datenverarbeitung gemäß Datenschutz-Grundverordnung EU-DSGVO (EU-2016/679)

Ich stimme der Speicherung und Verarbeitung meines Namens, Geburtsdatums und Geburtsorts, sowie meiner Anschrift, Telefonnummer, E-Mail-Adresse durch die TASI UG (Geschäftsführender Gesellschafter: Marc Borkam) zum Zweck der Kontaktaufnahme, der Übermittlung von Kurs- oder Prüfungsinformationen und der Erstellung von Zulassungsbestätigungen, Teilnahmebestätigungen und Zeugnissen zu.

Außerdem können diese Daten und ggf. die Ergebnisse meiner Prüfungsleistungen sowie Daten zur regelmäßigen Anwesenheit im Kurs an die für den Vollzug des Ausländerrechts oder der Sozialgesetzgebung zuständigen Behörden übermittelt werden.

Ich stimme zu, dass meine Daten während der Dauer meines Deutschkurses oder der Prüfung, längstens bis 18 Monate nach meinem Ausscheiden aus dem Kurs oder nach dem Prüfungstermin gespeichert und anschließend gelöscht werden.
Ich bin darüber informiert, dass ich als betroffene Person das Recht auf Auskunft über die Verarbeitung meiner Daten habe.
Meine Rechte ergeben sich aus den Artikeln 12 bis 23 der EU-DSGVO.

我同意，TASI UG（法人Marc Borkam)为了联系、转达课程、考试信息及付款凭证的目的，对我的个人信息进行储存与处理，如姓名、出生日、出生地、地址、电话和电子邮件。
另外，如有必要，这些信息以及我的考试成绩结果和课程出勤率，可被转发给外国人法或者社会公德立法的有关部门。
我同意，在我的德语课或者德语考试期间的数据可以在我结束课程或考试后被储存长达18个月，随后消除。
