The rooms are located in Trier-West.

Conditions

♦ TASI course participants are given priority when allocating rooms.
♦ Rental priority is given to non-smokers.
♦ For course participants: The rental contract is concluded per course cycle or, if desired, for a longer period (minimum 10 weeks).
♦ For external tenants: The rental contract is for a minimum of 6 months.
♦ Deposit: €700 (due on the day the contract is signed)
♦ €75 cleaning fee upon moving out
♦ No pets
♦ Liability insurance must be taken out before moving in

Furnishings

♦ Furnished room: bed, bed linen, pillow & blanket, desk, office chair, rug, wardrobe, shelf, table lamp, etc.
